Cod fillets

Tomato pulp
250 gr -
Potatoes

Anchovy fillets in oil

Extra virgin olive oil
q.s. -
Salt and pepper

Parsley
q.s. -
Garlic
1 crushed clove
Preparation
Boil the potatoes and cut them into small cubes. Fry slightly in a drizzle of olive oil the crushed garlic clove together with the anchovies until everything becomes creamy.
Add the cod fillets and brown them. Add the tomato pulp and start to mix the ingredients.
After a few minutes, add the potatoes and finish cooking, seasoning with salt and pepper.
When the cod is cooked, serve it hot, adding the chopped parsley.
