Ingredients

Flour
1Kg, ground -
Yeast
150 gr -
Water
1\2 l, hot -
Salt
30 gr. -
Extra virgin olive oil
200 gr -
Baking soda
1 thespoon -
Lemons
1\2 lemon juice -
Potatoes
700 gr. -
Scallions

Peeled tomatoes
700 gr. -
Sausage
700 gr. crumbled -
Salt and pepper

Preparation
Knead the flour with yeast, hot water and salt.
Cover with a cloth and leave to stand for 4 hours.
Knead the dough with oil, glazing with baking soda and lemon juice.
Allow the ingredients to bond and leave to stand for at least 2 hours.
In a large pan, peel and cut the potatoes into small slices before frying.
Add the julienne onion and brown with the potatoes.
Add the tomato sauce and season to taste.
When fully cooked, add the crumbled sausage and cook all the ingredients together.
Lay half of the dough on a greased baking tray and uniformly put the stuffing on top, then cover with the other half of the dough.
Bake for 30 minutes at 180 °C.
