Prawns
16, shelled and cleaned -
Watermelon
3 slices -
Lime
1 -
Ginger
1 cm chopped -
Extra virgin olive oil
q.s. -
Salt and pepper

Preparation
Marinate the prawns for 10 minutes in a glaze prepared with lime juice, a drizzle of oil, salt, pepper and minced ginger.
Remove the watermelon skin and cut into cubes of equal size and shape.
Place 16 watermelon cubes in a dish, add a drizzle of oil and season with a pinch of salt and pepper.
Put a prawn on each cube and decorate with coarsely grated lime zest.
