Ingredients
For 4 persons-
Hare meat
700 gr -
Onion
1 chopped -
Garlic
1 clove -
Tomato puree
150 gr -
Vegetable stock
2 Ladles -
Red wine
1 cup -
Extra virgin olive oil
3 spoons -
Rosmary
1 branches -
Salt and pepper

Preparation
Brown the onion and garlic with extra-virgin olive oil in a pan.
Dice the hare and brown with the onions and garlic for about 5 minutes, stirring when required.
Season with salt and pepper.
As soon as it has roasted, simmer with wine and add rosemary sprigs.
Add the hot stock and tomato puree.
Stir and cook on a medium heat for about 2 hours.
Add hot stock if required and season to taste.
When it is fully cooked, stand for a few minutes.
Then serve the hare stew seasoned with rosemary.
