Ingredients
For 4 persons-
Diced chicken
400 gr diced -
Onion
1 chopped -
Ginger
1 cm chopped -
Flour

Almonds
80 gr -
Water
½ cup -
Extra virgin olive oil
q.s. -
Salt and pepper

Preparation
Brown the onion and ginger with a drizzle of olive oil in a large pan.
Coat the diced chicken with flour and place on the browned mixture.
Add a pinch of salt and pepper and cook for about 15 minutes.
Turn down the heat and add the toasted almonds, soy sauce and ½ cup of water.
Gently stir, season to taste and cook for another 3 minutes.
Chicken with almonds is best served with basmati rice.
