Ingredients
For 4 persons-
Broccoli
1 kg -
Eggs
2 -
Parmesan
1 spoon -
Breadcrumbs

Provola
80 gr, diced -
Frying oil

Salt and pepper
q.s.
Preparation
Boil the broccoli, drain and press with a potato masher.
Add the eggs, parmesan, a spoonful of breadcrumbs and a pinch of salt and pepper.
Knead until it becomes a homogeneous dough and mould into balls.
Place a piece of provola inside each ball.
Coat in breadcrumbs and fry in hot oil.
Remove excess oil with kitchen paper and serve hot.
